Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy applies to the personal Google OAuth client identified as “RCloneView ClientID,” configured to allow authorized individuals to connect their Google Drive accounts to RcloneView.

Information accessed

When a user grants Google Drive permissions, RcloneView may access Google Drive file names, metadata, and file contents as permitted by the OAuth scopes that the user approves. Depending on the permissions granted and actions initiated, files may be listed, downloaded, uploaded, modified, or deleted.

How information is used

Access is used solely to perform the file-management, transfer, and synchronization actions initiated by the authorized user. This personal OAuth configuration does not operate a separate service that collects or sells Google Drive information.

Storage and sharing

This website does not request or collect Google account credentials, Google Drive files, or OAuth tokens. Google Drive data and authorization tokens used by the desktop application are handled by the installed software and its configured storage locations, not by this website. No Google Drive data is sold or shared for advertising through this OAuth configuration.

Control and revocation

Users can stop using the connection and revoke its Google Account access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. Any files the user has already transferred or downloaded may remain in destinations selected by the user.

Third-party software

RcloneView and Google Drive are third-party products. Their own privacy practices and security controls may also apply to the use of their software and services.
